What if I am attending for more than one student? 

We will create a tailored schedule for each GrandFriend based on how many students they will be visiting.

 

What is the schedule for GrandFriends Day?

You may attend for all or just a part of the day. The schedule is as follows:

10:00 - 10:30 AM: arrival and check in
10:40 - 11:40 AM: classroom visit, Session 1
11:50 - 12:25 PM: lunch with your student provided by our kitchen team
12:30 - 1:05 PM: presentation from the Head of School
1:05 - 2:05 PM: classroom visit, Session 2 (for those with multiple students to visit)
2:15 - 2:45 PM: all-school Shabbat 

 

Parking & Shuttle

• On-Site parking will be available in the McGillis lot and the diagonal parking adjacent to the School on 700 South
• Off-Site parking will be available in the Judge High School lot on 1100 East between 600 & 700 South, with shuttle service between Judge and McGillis between 9:45-10:30 AM and 2:40-3:00 PM.
• Shuttle will be available throughout the day upon request
