What a beautiful man to have had in our community and now in our hearts. His big smile and commanding presence was felt even by the youngest of Magpies. He exemplified respect, acceptance, and a commitment to his students and community that will live forever in the court.

Coach Brown was the first person I ever met at McGillis and made me feel valued. Olivia Collett-Bailey '19

Coach brown taught me some of the most important life lessons that I know and that I will ever know.

Leo Dries '19

Coach Brown helped me to be who I am today. When I would cry, he wouldn't comfort me. He would tell me to get up and not be a wimp, because if you stay on the ground you can never rise to the top. It is because of him that I am able to tough through the rough patches and reach the other side. Without his wisdom I would be stuck in the same place forever.
