Plan and facilitate this family fall celebration, which ties in with Sukkot, the Festival of the Harvest. The family event will include food trucks, kids activities, and a market of items made and/ or donated by the community.

Help facilitate the bi-annual, weeklong book fairs by restocking books, acting as a cashier, etc. The book fairs are also fundraisers that support new book purchases for the McGillis Library.

Work with students, faculty, and staff to rake and bag leaves from neighboring yards during this annual one-day service-learning activity.

Help set up refreshments, greet GrandFriends, and guide guests to students’ classes during this one- day program that brings our GrandFriends in to experience the McGillis community.

Join our faculty, staff, and students to plant trees in a local park. This hands-on, full-day experience is part of our service learning curriculum and honors our value tikkun olam (repairing the world).
