At McGillis, teachers have the freedom to develop creative, thought-provoking curricula to meet the unique needs of learners and engage with current issues. They are supported by and collaborate with staff members who work on the Maintenance crew and in the Front Office, Kitchen, Admissions, Philanthropy, and Marketing & Communications.
