Each week, we celebrate Shabbat, a traditional day of rest and reflection, to appreciate all that we have learned, created, and accomplished as well as focus on our values together as a Kehilah (community).
Our community is full of people just like you—parents who hold unwavering belief in their child's opportunity to repair the world.
We cultivate a community that is diverse, dynamic, and multifaceted. It includes students and faculty, our McGillis families and partners, and all who we impact. Our Kehilah is tended, cultivated, and constructed. We will remain rooted in Jewish values and traditions, and yet, we are continually open to change that builds on our solid academic and ethical foundation. We believe that a diverse and inclusive community is essential to a rich educational experience that prepares our students to interact in an increasingly interconnected world.
Mr. Bellaimey is a Middle School Spanish Teacher, joining McGillis in 2020. Watch the video below for a peek into his classroom.
We asked a few students what they love best about Ms. Stacey’s kindergarten class and here's what they had to say:
This day of service will provide our entire community with the hands-on experience of planting trees that will immediately impact our climate and community as well as be a meaningful way to honor our 30th anniversary.
