There is always something to learn. I believe children to be our greatest teachers. I have been able to better understand many aspects of the world and my job by simply talking to children.

The McGillis value that means the most to me:
Tikkun Olam or Repairing the World is my favorite value that we take on as a school. I think it creates a very important headspace for the entire community. Where we not just acknowledge how much good we can send into the world but also practice it.
